Removing the Flash component will cause any dependent applications to stop working, applying this patch must be made with extreme caution. If this optional update needs to be deployed to a managed device, as a workaround, deployment can be done through a managed install or a script. If the update is installed to a system by mistake, Adobe Flash Player can only be recovered by resetting the device to an earlier system restore point, or reinstalling the operating system on the device. This decision has been made considering the catastrophic implications it could have if mistakenly deployed to devices where applications may need Adobe Flash Player to work properly.
